Peloton Tread vs NordicTrack X32i Incline Treadmill

This video compares the Peloton tread with the equally priced and sought-after NordicTrackX32i Incline treadmill. Both treadmills are priced at $4300 each upfront. Both treadmills have a 32-inch HD touchscreen display and come with a subscription that allows you to access tons of workout and fitness videos. While both treadmills are excellent products, we prefer the NordicTrackx32i incline treadmill. Keep reading to learn why!

Peloton Tread and NordicTrack X32i have similarities

Let’s start with the similarities. These treadmills look almost identical due to a few fancy features. Both have a 32″ touchscreen display. Both treadmills have a 32″ touchscreen display that is responsive and crystal clear. It also provides great video quality. Both tilt up and down to adjust the glare and height of the user.

Both treadmills offer more than the traditional on-board workouts that we are used (and may be bored with). They also allow users to subscribe to a huge library of workout videos. Both subscriptions (iFit Digital and Peloton Digital), offer creative and engaging classes.

These treadmills cost just under $4300 upfront. Both include set-up and home delivery.

The treadmills can handle a maximum user weight of 300 lbs.

Both treadmills have equal quality speakers built into their consoles.

Although they may look different, these treadmills share the following features:

Speed and inline controls

Holders for water bottles and trays

Safety is key

Although the running surface on each treadmill is different, we cannot say which one is better. The peloton tread uses an aluminum tread belt with rubber overmold, while the x32i uses standard tread belts. Both feel very different, but it will all come down to personal preference.

Both treadmills are great, but we prefer the X32i. The X32i offers a more exciting workout with its high-tech display and engaging subscription service. It also has longer warranty coverage than NordicTrack and is cheaper. The X32i is a better choice between the two.

We recommend the x22i if you want to go even further. The x22i is about $1000 cheaper than the $4000 model. There is only one major difference: the display screen is slightly smaller, but still very large, and the motor is 4.0 chp smaller. The 22-inch HD HD display is ample, to be honest.
